i bought a box of these and then ended up switching to LED's. you get two ballasts per order. i use these for 48" t8 (not for t12) fixtures with 3 bulbs, but they can be used for 4 bulbs and other applications. (see info printed on ballast). some tabs on the end are bent, just need to straighten them up with plyers. shipped usps priority. please view the pictures. you get two like the ones pictured. the background grid is in inches.
